The starting point of the Rapid Release Technology development process was that Compass tablets should have a similar disintegration time as Compass capsules, so that the vitamins and minerals would become available for absorption by your body just as quickly. This is obviously very important to avoid developing vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies after your gastric bypass. The Compass tablets are neutral in taste and smell and their smaller size and smooth coating make them even easier to swallow than Compass capsules.

Ingredients Compass tablets: Minerals, vitamins, bulking agent (E460, E340(ii), E468), stabiliser (E470b, E464, E422), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (E341(iii), E553b), colouring agent (E172), glazing agent (E903). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavours or fragrances.
Ingredients Compass chewable tablets: Sweeteners (sorbitol, xylitol, sucralose), vitamins, minerals, anti-caking agent (fatty acids), stabiliser (magnesium salts of fatty acids), flavouring (strawberry), choline bitartrate. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. The product contains no added lactose, gluten or flavourings.
Storage advice: Store below 25 ° C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Recommended dose: 1 Compass capsule per day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Compass capsule, Compass tablet, Compass chewable and/or Ferro Vital tablet one day, this is not a serious problem, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then simply continue taking your Compass capsules, Compass tablet, Compass chewable and/or Ferro Vital as usual and therefore do not need to make up or take the forgotten daily dose.
