Maxi packs - Supreme capsules - Calcium Chew

Elan's maxi packs are based on a daily dose of 1000 mg of calcium, so you will need to take 2 Calcium Chew chewable tablets a day.

As your body can absorb a maximum of about 500 mg of calcium per intake, it is advised not to take more than 1 Calcium Chew chew tablet at a time. Preferably, take 1 Calcium Chew chew tablet in the morning and 1 Calcium Chew chew tablet at bedtime. Each time respecting the 2 hours between taking the Calcium Chew chewable tablets and Elan's Compass, Believe or Supreme products.
