Believe tablets

The Believe tablets  are a WLS/ bariatric supplement of Elan and have been specially developed for people who have undergone a sleeve gastrectomy or gastric band operation. When you undergo sleeve gastrectomy, a large part of your stomach is removed during surgery. This limits the amount you can eat. Also, if a gastric band is placed on you, you will be able to eat less. Bariatric surgery is the start of a new life and a step towards a healthier lifestyle.
After undergoing sleeve gastrectomy or gastric band placement your body does not get enough nutrients to keep you feeling fit enough without additional supplements to keep you feeling fit enough. RAPID RELEASE TECHNOLOGY
Elan's Believe capsules have long been known for their excellent tolerability. This major advantage of Elan's Believe capsules is caused by the fact that the capsules are one size smaller than those of similar providers. This makes Elan's Believe capsules easier to take and leads to fewer stomach and abdominal discomforts (such as nausea). Given the fact that after your sleeve gastrectomy, you must continue to take a WLS/bariatric supplement daily for life in order not to develop vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies, we at Elan continue our daily efforts to make the tolerability of our products as optimal as possible.

Elan is therefore proud to present Believe tablets with Rapid Release Technology. Over the past months, Elan's Research & Development (R&D) department has been working hard on the introduction of this innovative product and developing the Rapid Release Technology. The starting point of the Rapid Release Technology development process was that the Believe tablets should have a similar disintegration time as the Believe capsules, so that the vitamins and minerals would become available for absorption by your body just as quickly. This is obviously very important to avoid developing vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies after your sleeve gastrectomy. The Believe tablets are neutral in taste and smell and their smaller size and smooth coating make the Believe tablets even easier to swallow than the Believe capsules.

Elan's Believe tablets are a high-quality dietary supplement to meet your daily vitamin and mineral requirements. The dosage of the Believe tablets is based on the latest scientific literature to meet your daily needs as accurately as possible and ensure the perfect individual tuning. The ingredients in Believe tablets are natural where possible and always easily absorbed by your body. The Believe tablets have a neutral taste and can be easily taken due to their coating. 

Description: Multivitamins and minerals food supplement
Food supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily allowance of some vitamins and minerals is exceeded in this dietary supplement.

Ingredients: Minerals, vitamins, bulking agent (E460, E340(ii), E468), stabiliser (E470b, E464, E422), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (E341(iii), E553b), colouring agent (E141(ii)), glazing agent (E903). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavours or fragrances.

Elan's Believe tablets are halal certified. 

Storage advice: Store below 25 ° C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. 

Recommended dose: 1 Believe tablet per day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. Only to be used on the advice of your practitioner. When taking medication, read the leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Believe tablet one day, this is not a serious problem, as long as it does not happen too often. You can continue taking your Believe tablets as usual and do not need to make up or take extra tablets.

Important: If you also take the Calcium Vital swallow tablets or Calcium Chew chewable tablets, take these at a different time from the Believe tablet. There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital swallow tablet or the Calcium Chew chewable tablet and your Believe tablet so that your body has sufficient time to absorb the iron properly.
