At Elan, you may return any ordered product to Elan without giving a reason within 15 days free of charge.
Return is free of charge
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with Elan's product or its delivery, you may return any unopened and undamaged packaging to us up to 15 days after receipt. We will bear the cost of returning a product. For a return notification, please contact Elan at: [email protected].
After the return notification, we will send you the necessary details for returning the product. It is important that you leave your own address details in the box or envelope so that we can trace who the returned parcel belongs to. We will refund the amount paid within five working days of receiving the returned parcel. You will always receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
Legal warranty
All products sold by Elan are covered by the legal guarantee. A legal guarantee means that a product must do what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect of it. We ask you to handle the product with care during the reflection period. For health protection reasons, we cannot take back opened products. In the unlikely event of a defect, you will of course receive a replacement or be entitled to a refund.
