Maxi packs - Compass chewable tablets - Calcium Vital

Elan's maxi packs are based on a daily dose of 1000 mg of calcium, so you will need to take 4 Calcium Vital tablets a day.

As your body can absorb a maximum of about 500 mg of calcium per intake, it is advised not to take more than 2 Calcium Vital tablets at a time. Preferably take 2 Calcium Vital tablets in the morning and 2 Calcium Vital tablets at bedtime. Each time respecting the 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital tablets and Elan's Compass, Believe or Supreme products.
